Applicants will be approved in the following order:
• Shoreview business or group - previous year’s participant
• Shoreview business or group - not participating in previous year
• Non-Shoreview business or group - previous year’s participant
• Non-Shoreview business or group - not participating in previous year
Qualifications: Products commercially available (ex. Mary Kay, Avon) or businesses or groups that are selling a product or service.
Display spaces: Spaces are approximately 12 x 12 on grass. There will be no electrical hookups unless special consideration is given. Set up can begin at 8:00 am Friday. Entrants must provide their own tables, tents, & chairs - or they may be rented from Slice of Shoreview Days (see accompanying rental agreement) |

| Art in the Park |

Qualifications: Art and craft items that are of original design and submitted by the artist making the
application. Any non-qualifying merchandise will require the exhibitor to remove unacceptable
items. It is the intent of the Committee to keep the art fair free of buy/sell products.
Display spaces: 12 x 12 or 12 x 24 on grass |

| Non-Profit Groups |
| |
Qualifications: Groups that are educational or non-profit civic groups
Eligibility: Groups should represent the community - Any products sold must be approved by the Slice of Shoreview Days Committee
Display spaces: Groups may choose to use an EZ up tent - an 8 foot table and 4 chairs will be provided. (Tents may be rented from the Committee - see accompanying form) |

| Slice of Shoreview Days Rules & Regulations |
| 1. |
Payment in Advance - In order for a Participant to have a space reserved at the event, all payments must be made in advance. Payments must accompany any application or be submitted online. Payment by check, cash, or Visa/Mastercard. The Committee has the right to deny check payment from any vendor with a previous NSF check. The City of Shoreview will apply a $15 fee for any check returned for insufficient funds.

Refunds will be granted with written notice of cancellation received at least 30 days prior to event

| 3. |
Cancellation policy - event will take place rain or shine - no refunds because of weather
|
| 4. |
Hours of operation - all booths must be occupied and open by participant for hours of operation. *Friday 4 -8, Saturday 10-8, Sunday 11-4. (Friday is optional)

| 5. |
Rental equipment - participants are responsible and must pay for any damage to tents, tables, chairs and sidewalls used at the event.

| 6. |
Parking - Participant parking is available in the Deluxe parking lost - you will receive 2 passes which must be displayed on your dashboard when in the Park.

All electricity must be requested with application - We only supply 120 volt/20 amp service - vendor must bring 12 gauge 100 foot extension cords.

Security will be provided in the Park overnight, however vendor is responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise or equipment.
