ART IN THE PARK INFORMATION & GUIDELINES
Mark your calendars for the annual Slice of Shoreview Art in the Park.
Our event is colorful and exciting,
offering great food, music, entertainment, parade, talent show, church
service, water events and fireworks. There will also be a classic car event
and a water ski competition.
Art in the Park will be located along the sidewalks on Victoria Street assuring
good visibility and ease of setup. We encourage your participation! Click here to see a current listing of booths registered for this year's Slice.

Saturday, July 25: 10:00

Sunday, July 26: 11:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Exhibitors are encouraged
to be set up for all three days. If you are unable to attend Friday,
please include this information on your application. The Slice of
Shoreview is held RAIN or SHINE.
Media
Art and craft items which are of original design and submitted by the artist
making the application. Any non-qualifying merchandise will require
the exhibitor to remove unaccepted items. If the entire booth is unacceptable,
the exhibitor will be asked to leave.
Eligibility and application
To participate in the Slice of Shoreview Art in the Park, you must submit an application and exhibitor fee. Upon acceptance of your application and receipt of your exhibitor fee, you will be issued a Slice of Shoreview Exhibitor Permit, which must be displayed throughout the event. Non-permitted entries will be excluded from participation in Art in the Park.
Participation is open to artists/crafters who exhibit original hand-crafted
work. All exhibitors' crafts will be juried and it is the intent of
the jury to keep the Slice of Shoreview free of buy/sell products. Vendors should have tax identification numbers.
The Slice of Shoreview reserves the right to reject any artist on the
day of the Art in the Park that does not fulfill these qualifications. The
Slice of Shoreview assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to artwork,
merchandise or equipment. Submission of application indicates acceptance
of these conditions.
Display spaces
Spaces are approximately 12' x 12' or 12' x 24'. This is an outdoor
event. Setup may begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday. There will be no electrical
hookups and entrants must provide their own tables, chairs, tents and display
equipment. Security will be provided in the Park overnight, however artist
is responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise or equipment.

There will be no refund
of exhibitor fees once an applicant has been accepted to Art in the Park .
Advertising
Media will include newspapers, Minnesota Arts Directory, Country Register,
Art Fair flyers and Cable Television.
Parking
Vendors may pull up in the south-bound lane of Victoria Street and drop
off items quickly on grassy area and then move their cars across the street
to the Deluxe Corporation parking lot.
New vendors
Please send three photos (non-returnable) - Two of merchandise and one
of display.
